Use this form to exercise an applicable privacy right. You do not need a VetIntel account. We may contact you using information associated with the relevant record to prevent unauthorized requests.

What happens next
We ordinarily confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, subject to verification, legal exceptions, and a permitted extension.
Opt-out requests do not require identity verification, although we may need enough information to locate and apply the choice. Other requests may require proportionate verification.
An authorized agent may submit for a consumer. We will verify the agent's authority and, when the law permits, may also verify the consumer directly before acting.
We may retain information when an applicable law permits or requires it—for example, to document the request, protect security, prevent fraud, or meet another legal obligation. We will explain any denial or partial response.
